Job summary

Kennards Self Storage is seeking a flexible Team Support Manager to roam across Queensland centres, delivering customer service and frontline sales. You’ll be responsible for supporting our broader QLD team, ensuring centres have appropriate coverage and maintaining a high standard of facility upkeep.

You’ll work with Centre Managers and Assistant Managers, traveling between locations, connecting with customers, and creating an enjoyable experience while developing your skills within a growing

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail management.
• Willingness to travel between Brisbane centres.
• Strong communication and ownership mindset.

A Little About The Role:

• You would not be based at any one location, but instead will travel between various locations from day to day.
• It’s all about supporting our broader QLD team, and ensuring our centres have appropriate coverage (similar to a roving relief manager in the retail industry)
• Customer Service & Sales - It's all about helping our customer's find a solution that meets their storage and/or packaging supply needs
• Clean & maintain the facility to a high standard
• With the support of the Centre Managers, and Assistant Managers, you are responsible for the day to day operations of the facility.
• Travel around Brisbane, meet and connect with lots of new people
• Create an enjoyable experience for our customers and team.

Location: Any & all Queensland based Kennards Self Storage centres, predominantly North Brisbane

Hours/roster: 76 per fortnight, with a rotating roster on the weekends
