Job summary

Nanosonics is seeking a curious Verification & Validation Engineer to validate system requirements and test early prototypes of infection prevention technology. You’ll work hands-on with real devices, turning ideas into measurable impact, and collaborate with Design and Systems teams to solve technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform system and integration verification tests to confirm requirements.
• Conduct exploratory and investigative testing on prototypes.
• Assist with prototype builds and testing and identify critical design parameters.
• Develop and refine novel test methodologies and software tools.
• Collaborate with Design and Systems teams to solve technical challenges.
• Contribute to test protocols, reports, root-cause analysis, and failure investigations.

What You’ll Do

As a V&V Engineer, you’ll play a hands-on role in validating system requirements and testing early prototypes — turning ideas into impact. This is your chance to work on real devices, in real-time, that make a real difference.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Performing system and integration verification tests to confirm we’re meeting our system requirements.
• Participating in exploratory and investigative testing of new product prototypes.
• Assisting with prototype builds and testing, identifying critical design parameters.
• Supporting the development of novel test methodologies, including software tools.
• Collaborating with our awesome Design and Systems teams to solve technical challenges.
• Contributing to test protocols, reports, root cause and failure analysis, and more.
