Job summary

AVC Operations Pty Limited – Surfers Paradise QLD is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead Retros on the Gold Coast, driving performance in a fast-paced, high-volume late-night venue. You’ll own labour costs, rostering, stock, and the venue's P&L, while coaching a high-energy team and delivering events, promotions and activations that lift trade.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality operator with proven experience leading busy, high-volume venues.
• Experience in late-night, entertainment, bars or high-volume hospitality is highly regarded.
• Commercially switched on, confident leading a team and thriving in peak trading.

Retros is all about big nights, throwback anthems, packed dance floors and good times - and we're looking for an experienced Venue Manager to lead the team and drive the venue forward.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume late-night environment, knows how to build a great team and understands how to turn memorable guest experiences into strong commercial results.
