Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management is required.
• Approved responsible service of alcohol manager certification is required.
• Police check must be satisfactory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations and lead a youthful F&B team.
• Maintain high standards for customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage staff scheduling, labour costs, recruitment and training.
• Handle stock control, supplier orders and entertainment coordination.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership to support quality food service.
• Ensure clear communication with customers and staff.
