• WA Approved Manager status highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day venue operations, delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Drive revenue, profitability and cost control against KPIs.
• Plan and deliver events in collaboration with Head of Hospitality.
• Lead, coach and develop FOH and Events teams.
• Ensure high standards across service, product knowledge, compliance and presentation.
• Manage budgets, reporting, POS, stock control and inventory.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, regulators and local stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and growth.
