Job summary

BOUNCE Morayfield is seeking a dynamic Venue Manager to lead our high-energy venue, coach a passionate team, and drive sales, safety and customer experience.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll own KPI delivery, budget discipline, people development, and on-floor leadership, ensuring the brand’s energy and fun shine every day.

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve KPIs across sales, labour, safety and guest experience.
• Lead day-to-day operations and drive performance in the venue.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders and supervisors.
• Read and act on customer feedback to improve the guest experience.
• Manage expenses and keep P&L within budget.
• Maintain safe, clean and high-quality venue presentation.
• Build strong relationships with Area Manager and team.

Your Next Move: Venue Management

We’re looking for an energetic, commercially minded and people-focused Venue Manager to lead our BOUNCE at Morayfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a significant venue leadership role, take ownership of a high-energy operation and lead a passionate team through an exciting period.

As Venue Manager, you’ll be at the heart of everything happening at BOUNCE Morayfield - from creating awesome customer experiences and developing your team, to driving commercial performance and making sure our venue is safe, engaging and performing at its best.

You’ll lead from the front, creating an environment where our team can thrive, customers feel the BOUNCE energy from the moment they walk through the doors, and our values come to life every day.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll have genuine ownership across people, performance, operations, safety and customer experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being in the action, knows how to bring people together and gets their energy from seeing a team and a venue succeed.

This role gives you genuine experience across people, performance and operations. You will:

• Lead, coach and inspire a passionate venue team

• Drive venue performance across sales, labour, customer experience and engagement

• Develop Team Leaders and emerging leaders

• Create a culture where accountability, energy and progression go hand in hand

• Balance customer experience, safety, labour, revenue and team engagement every day

• Use data and performance insights to identify opportunities and drive results

• Be a visible leader who is present on the floor and connected to both customers and team

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As Venue Manager, you will play an integral role in the ongoing success of BOUNCE. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead your team and drive performance across key measures, including:

• Achieving KPIs across sales, labour, safety, venue presentation, customer experience and team engagement

• Implementing strategies to improve performance and drive results

• Leading sales growth and creating experiences that encourage repeat visitation

• Being a visible safety leader and ensuring procedures and standards are followed consistently

• Coaching and developing your team and supervisors so growth is accessible to everyone

• Reading, responding to and acting on customer feedback to continuously improve the guest experience

• Managing expenses and keeping controllable and variable P&L line items within budget

• Maintaining a clean, safe and high-quality venue presentation

• Supporting operational tasks including customer service, cash handling and food and beverage operations

• Building strong relationships with the Area Manager and wider BOUNCE team

• The energy and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment

Experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, leisure or other customer-focused environments will be highly regarded.
