Job summary

Langlands Restaurant & Bar, located in Hyatt Centric Melbourne, seeks an experienced Venue Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and guest experience from the hotel’s top floor with 180-degree city views.

You will manage rostering, coach staff, recruit and onboard, and collaborate with culinary, events, and hotel teams to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced premium dining environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managerial experience in premium restaurants or hotel establishments.
• 10+ years hospitality experience.
• Hands-on leader who develops and empowers others.
• Passion for food and beverage and guest experience with strong wine knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, rostering, and business performance.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team on the floor
