Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Brighton dealership for an experienced Vehicle Technician. You will carry out servicing and repairs to the highest standards in a well-equipped workshop, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

The role offers a competitive basic salary up to £38,000 with uncapped OTE up to £45,000, plus ongoing training, career progression opportunities, and a supportive team environment. Flexible hours are provided within a structured schedule.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification as an automotive technician.
• Proven experience working within a main dealer network or similar environment.
• Diagnostic and repair skills to handle a range of vehicle issues.
• MOT tester accreditation is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Motivation to achieve and exceed set targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle servicing and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Perform complex diagnostics and resolve vehicle issues efficiently.
• Complete all work within specified timeframes to maintain productivity.
• Uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Support apprentice technicians and junior team members as required.
