Perfect Placement Uk Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Brighton dealership for an experienced Vehicle Technician. The role focuses on delivering high-quality servicing and repairs within a well-established automotive environment.

Offering a competitive basic salary up to £38,000 with uncapped OTE up to £45,000, plus opportunities for progression to senior and master technician roles, this role supports ongoing training in a modern workshop and operates within a structured schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 automotive technician qualification.
• Experience in a main dealer network or similar environment is preferred.
• MOT tester accreditation is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Perform diagnostics and resolve issues efficiently.
• Complete work within specified timeframes to maintain productivity.
• Uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Support apprentice technicians and junior team members as required.
