Job summary

Veolia ANZ is seeking a Vehicle Logistics Officer to manage route planning, driver performance, and customer inquiries from Arndell Park. You will lead safety meetings and coordinate daily logistics to ensure compliant, efficient waste operations.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a dynamic team environment and opportunities for career progression within a leading environmental services company. Salary will reflect experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Waste Management, Transport, Logistics, or Service Industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
• Proven track record of stakeholder relationship management.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Exceptional organisational and time management capabilities.
• Proactive approach to workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise collection routes to maximise operational efficiency
• Generate and analyse driver performance reports and billing documentation
• Provide prompt and effective resolution to customer inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams to address operational matters
• Lead daily driver debriefing sessions to document incidents and operational challenges
• Coordinate monthly safety meetings and implement safety protocols
• Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance
