Job summary

Veolia ANZ is seeking a Vehicle Logistics Officer to join our Kilburn, SA team. This role is a critical Fleet Control and Logistics Dispatch position, coordinating service collections and providing operational expertise to our customers.

You will act as the primary contact for driver and fleet issues, optimise routes for productivity and cost efficiency, and ensure compliance with CoR and NHVR fatigue laws while supporting daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet scheduling and route optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of CoR and NHVR fatigue laws.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for driver and fleet issues; provide operational support.
• Optimize route productivity to improve profitability.
• Conduct daily driver debriefs; record safety, load weights, and service completions.
• Ensure compliance with CoR and NHVR fatigue laws.
• Liaise with subcontractors and maintenance on service delivery.
• Handle admin tasks, reporting, and stock ordering as needed.
