easyauto123, Australia’s largest pre-owned retail operation, is looking for a confident, customer-focused Guest Experience Consultant – Vehicle Buying in West Perth on a casual basis. You will engage customers interested in selling their cars, deliver value on offers, and guide the buying journey with a friendly, professional approach.

You’ll coordinate inspections, manage multi-channel communications, and work within a national network of valuation teams.

Qualifications

• Confidence in speaking with customers and guiding conversations.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualified incoming leads and follow up with customers across Australia.
• Own the customer contact by delivering price offers and arranging inspections.
