Qualifications

Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology (or equivalent).
Experience in vehicle body building, assembly, or repairs.

Proficient at completing projects within set timeframes.

Responsibilities

Interpret specifications, drawings, and designs provided by clients or engineers.
Construct, modify, or repair vehicle bodies and chassis using steel, aluminium, or fiberglass.
Assemble structural frameworks, panels, and vehicle accessories.
Perform welding, cutting, shaping, and fitting tasks to precise results.
Sand, grind, and prepare surfaces for painting or further assembly.
Ensure vehicles comply with safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with team members to maintain workshop efficiency and deliver quality results.
