Gao’s Car Repair Centre in Moorabbin, VIC is seeking a qualified Vehicle Body Builder to join our workshop. You will interpret specifications, construct and repair vehicle bodies using steel, aluminum or fiberglass, and assemble chassis components with care and precision.

Candidate should have a Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology, strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results on

• Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology (or equivalent).
• Experience in vehicle body building, assembly, or repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

• Proficient at completing projects within set timeframes.

Responsabilités

• Interpret specifications, drawings, and designs provided by clients or engineers.
• Construct, modify, or repair vehicle bodies and chassis using steel, aluminium, or fiberglass.
• Assemble structural frameworks, panels, and vehicle accessories.
• Perform welding, cutting, shaping, and fitting tasks to precise results.
• Sand, grind, and prepare surfaces for painting or further assembly.
• Ensure vehicles comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workshop efficiency and deliver quality results.

We’re seeking a professional with the following qualifications and attributes:
