Job summary

Northeast Auto Group in Adelaide seeks an experienced Welder to join our workshop team on heavy vehicle fabrication projects. You will perform repairs and build heavy vehicle truck bodies, collaborating with a hands-on crew to ensure precise workmanship and adherence to specifications.

The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Metal Fabrication Engineering, be able to read assembly drawings, and bring aluminium welding experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Metal Fabrication Engineering completed or in progress.
• Ability to read & interpret assembly drawings.
• Aluminium welding experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and the building of heavy vehicle truck bodies.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings to ensure correct fabrication.
• Involve in all aspects of manufacturing and custom fit outs on heavy vehicles.
