Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food – Brookvale NSW is seeking a reliable Vehicle Assembler to join our SMART team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will strip vehicles down and refit them after panel and paint work, ensuring each car leaves the workshop looking and functioning as it should.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime guaranteed, a modern workshop, and opportunities for national training and career growth within the AMA Group network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a smash repair, mechanical, or automotive assembly environment.
• Familiarity with vehicle components and how they fit together.
• Ability to work efficiently within a production-style repair process.
• High attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Removing and refitting bumpers, lights, trims, glass, and mechanical components as part of the repair process.
• Preparing vehicles for panel and paint work.
• Reassembling vehicles post-repair to manufacturer specifications.
• Checking work for quality and accuracy before sign-off.
• Maintaining a clean, organised work area.
• Completing job cards and documentation accurately.
