Easy Authoring is looking for a VB6 Developer to update and modernise legacy enterprise applications built on VB6 and .NET. The role involves analysis, coding, testing, and supporting system integrations, with a focus on data migration and transformation using SSIS and SQL Server.
You will work with business analysts, solution architects, testers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions, while contributing to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in a hybrid arrangement between WFH and
Formación
- VB6, .NET, SQL Server experience
- Experience building enterprise apps with VB6/.NET
- Experience with SSIS and data integration
- Experience with UI/UX for desktop apps
- Agile software development experience
- CI/CD and DevOps familiarity
Responsabilidades
- Analyse requirements and maintain legacy VB6 applications
- Develop and support full-stack applications using VB6/.NET
- Design and optimise SQL Server databases and ETL processes
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Produce technical documentation and designs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to deliver solutions
- Perform unit/integration testing and code reviews
- Support migration and modernisation initiatives
