Job summary

Future Select Ltd is recruiting an experienced Validation / Clean Room Engineer to work across healthcare and pharmaceutical premises in Northampton and surrounding sites. The role requires hands-on testing, balancing air systems and validating clean room environments.

You must hold BOHS P601, be willing to travel as required, and provide detailed technical reports. Our client supports training and competitive salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Validation / Clean Room Engineer.
• Experience with HSG 258, COSHH, HTM 0301 is preferred.
• Flexible to travel to multiple sites across healthcare/pharma premises.

Responsibilities

• Testing and servicing of fume cupboards and microbiological safety cabinets.
• Airflow velocity tests on class 1, 2 and 3 microbiological safety cabinets.
• Validations, verifications and balancing of air systems within Clean Rooms.
• DOP and HEPA filter testing.
• Performing particle counting.
• Microbiological sampling and reporting to clients.
• Producing detailed technical reports for project updates.
• Meeting with clients to provide technical advice and progress updates.
• Working in line with safety guidelines and maintaining high customer service.

Job Title: Validation / Clean Room Engineer
Location: Northampton, East Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £30k – £50k + Training & Benefits

They are recruiting for an experienced Validation / Clean Room Engineer, to work across healthcare and pharmaceutical premises. Experience / Qualifications

• Strong track record working as a Validation / Clean Room Engineer
• Must be qualified with the BOHS P601
• It would be preferred that applicants will hold Competent Persons and / or Authorised Persons
• Excellent HSG 258, COSHH and HTM 0301 knowledge
• Flexible to travel in line with company requirements
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Comfortable using IT software
