genU is seeking a proactive Vacancy & Engagement Coordinator to connect people with disability to housing and support options across our services. You’ll manage vacancies across SIL, SDA and other housing options, guiding clients, families and stakeholders from first enquiry through move-in for a smooth, informed and positive experience.
You’ll bring a qualification in human services and experience in disability or aged care coordination, with strong NDIS knowledge and excellent communication.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our accommodation pathway, managing vacancies across Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and other housing options. From first enquiry through to move-in, you’ll guide clients, families, and stakeholders every step of the way, ensuring a smooth, informed and positive experience.
