Orica is seeking a UX/UI Design Manager for Digital Solutions to lead and evolve the design team, owning the Design System and ensuring a user-centered, scalable experience across digital products. You will partner with Product, Technology and Business teams to align design with strategic objectives and deliver commercially effective solutions.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Digital Design, or related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of UX/UI or digital product design experience with leadership.
Experience delivering digital solutions across complex products or platforms.
Experience with agile delivery and managing competing priorities.
Experience managing people and development planning.
Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, prototyping and usability.
Experience establishing design systems, libraries, guidelines and standards.
Proficiency with Figma and related design tools.
