Play Force is an Australian playground inspection and maintenance business based at 41 Industrial Ave, Logan Village QLD 4207. We design and run internal systems (including Zoho Creator) that support inspection, maintenance and operations.

The UX & Systems Analyst leads user-centred design for web and mobile interfaces and acts as the primary analyst translating business needs into practical systems solutions. The role is predominantly UX and systems analysis, with a light front-end implementation remit.

Location: 41 Industrial Ave, Logan Village QLD 4207 (on-site)
Work type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000 per annum (base)
Reports to: Systems & Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, gather insights, and map user journeys for web and mobile interfaces
• Analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define system requirements
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend UX-led enhancements
• Participate in client workshops and reviews on UX design and front-end system capabilities
• Produce wireframes, prototypes and design specifications supporting system functionality and data workflows within Zoho Creator
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries in Figma
• Translate functional and business requirements into user interface specifications
• Configure and implement front-end components within Zoho Creator, including custom pages, UI interactions and light client-side scripting
• Collaborate with developers to validate implementation accuracy
• Prepare documentation, user guides and process maps
• Support testing of interface behaviour, data integrity and workflow alignment

Skill & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in UX or systems analysis, preferably within web or low-code application environments
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end UX design and system analysis for web or mobile applications
• Proven involvement in requirements gathering, design documentation, prototyping and validation
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including shared design systems and component libraries
• Familiarity with Zoho Creator or similar low-code development platforms
• Experience collaborating with developers and stakeholders to deliver production-ready user interfaces
• Understanding of Zoho Creator structure (forms, reports, pages and UI configuration)
• Practical knowledge of front-end principles and light client-side scripting
