Base pay range

A$147,640.00/yr - A$160,000.00/yr

Clicks IT Recruitment is working with a global client to recruit a UX Strategist to lead the development and rollout of a scalable UX framework across international digital products.

In this role, you'll work closely with the UX Manager and global teams to define and implement best-practice design systems, driving a consistent, human-centred user experience across platforms.

The Role:

• Location: Brisbane CBD (on site 5 days a week.)
• Great salary package!

Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for embedding consistent UX practices across the organisation to support the delivery of high-quality digital experiences for both customers and dealers. It involves working with internal stakeholders, vendors, creative teams and partners to understand user needs, develop experience strategies, and translate those into wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation.

• Develop and scale UX frameworks across a portfolio of digital products
• Define and evolve design systems and governance models
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with UX leads, engineers, and product teams
• Champion human-centred design and data-informed UX decision-making
• Translate customer research and usability testing into strategy and standards
• Ensure UX practices align with Agile delivery methods and business goals

Key Skills Required:

• 8-12 years' experience in UX, with 5+ years in a strategic or lead role
• Proven experience across complex digital ecosystems and design system development
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and global collaboration
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite
• Experience working in Agile teams across multiple time zones
• A passion for human-centred design, usability metrics, and continuous improvement
• Degree in Human Interaction Design, UX, Computer Science, or related discipline
