Job summary

Infrastructure Engineering Group (IEG) is seeking a Utilities Engineer to join our NSW team. You will support identification, investigation, design and coordination of utility infrastructure affected by major civil works across water, sewer, electrical, telecoms and gas systems.

You will work with experienced utilities specialists on projects from tender through to construction delivery, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Experience in utilities engineering or civil infrastructure design.
• Ability to interpret civil drawings, utility plans and technical specs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess existing utility infrastructure.
• Review utility records, surveys and design documentation.
• Prepare utility registers, interface registers and risk assessments.
• Coordinate utility investigations and surveys.
