Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking reliable Mine Site Cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across Mackay mine site facilities in Queensland, Australia. You will work on a 14/7 roster in a remote mining environment, with camp and meals provided on site.

Role involves cleaning crib rooms, offices, amenities and accommodation facilities, plus maintaining cleaning equipment and stock. S11 and CBM qualifications are essential, and reliability and flexibility are a must.

• Previous experience in mine site cleaning or similar roles.
• Current S11 and CBM qualifications are essential.
• Strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
• Able to work on a 14/7 roster in remote mining environments.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Clean mine site crib rooms, offices, amenities and accommodation facilities.
• Clean and maintain mine site facilities and common areas.
• Empty bins and maintain site housekeeping standards.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain cleaning equipment.

Our client is a leading mining company with multiple sites around Mackay. They are seeking reliable Mine Site Cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across site facilities.

What You Will Be Doing

• Cleaning mine site crib rooms, offices, amenities and accommodation facilities.
• Cleaning and maintaining mine site facilities and common areas.
• Emptying bins and maintaining site housekeeping standards.
• Restocking cleaning supplies and maintaining cleaning equipment.
• Following mine site safety, hygiene and housekeeping procedures.

What You Will Need

• Previous experience in mine site cleaning, commercial cleaning, housekeeping or similar roles.
• Current S11 and CBM qualifications are essential.
• Strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene and workplace safety.
• Ability to work on a 14/7 roster in a remote mining environment.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work.
