Job summary

Monash Health is seeking an enthusiastic Urgents in Time Project Officer to support transformational outpatient improvements across Specialist Consulting. This part-time role (30 hours/week) is fixed-term until 30/06/2027, based at Monash Medical Centre Clayton, reporting to the Operations Director.

You will help plan, implement and evaluate initiatives to improve access and patient flow. You will collaborate with clinical leaders and managers, prepare reports and change-management

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Health, Business, Project Management, Public Health or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the Urgents in Time program and related outpatient transformation initiatives.
• Undertake project planning, implementation and monitoring activities.
• Collect, analyse and interpret service performance data to support evidence-based decision making.
• Develop reports, presentations, business cases and project documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support change management activities.
