Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd in Fairfield is seeking an Expediting Specialist to join our National Parts team on a permanent basis. You will own urgent machine-down parts orders and coordinate with branches, distribution centres, freight providers and overseas suppliers to keep shipments moving.

You’ll track progress, provide timely updates to customers, troubleshoot delays and balance multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure and focused on delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite urgent and emergency parts orders.
• Track orders and shipments through to delivery.
• Collaborate with branches, distribution centres, freight providers and overseas suppliers.
• Provide accurate and timely delivery updates.
• Troubleshoot delays and resolve issues to keep customers informed.
• Manage multiple priorities and see tasks through to completion.
