ForHealth Group is seeking experienced Urgent Care Registered Nurses to join our expanding NSW network of modern Urgent Care Centres. Roles offered on a flexible mix of full-time, part-time and casual shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with no overnight work.

You will deliver hands-on patient care in a dynamic, supportive environment and have access to ongoing training and development within a growing national model.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• Experience in Emergency Department, Triage, ICU/CCU.
• Rural or Remote Nursing experience desirable.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to recognise and escalate patient deterioration appropriately.

Responsabilités

• Performing clinical triage and patient assessments.
• Identifying and escalating patient deterioration where required.
• Delivering front-line nursing and procedural care.
• Assisting with treatment room procedures and acute presentations.
• Collaborating with medical practitioners and the wider clinical team.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
