ForHealth Group is seeking Urgent Care Registered Nurses in Australia for flexible full-time, part-time or casual roles with morning, afternoon and evening shifts, and no overnight work.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• Experience in Emergency Department, Triage, ICU/CCU or Rural/Remote nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to recognise deterioration and escalate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical triage and patient assessments.
• Identify and escalate patient deterioration where required.
• Deliver front-line nursing and procedural care.
• Assist with treatment room procedures and acute presentations.
• Collaborate with medical practitioners and the wider clinical team.
• Provide compassionate, professional patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
