Crystalbrook Vincent is seeking a Cocktail Curator for the iconic rooftop bar, Fiume, at Howard Smith Wharves in Brisbane. Bring unwavering passion for cocktails and guest-focused hospitality to this vibrant, award-winning venue.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team, delivering exceptional cocktail, champagne, and wine service while maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail. RSA certified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment.
• A current QLD RSA Certificate.
• Availability across a 7 day roster - PM shifts.
• A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality.
• An engaging, confident and guest centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences.
