SMS Personnel is seeking a skilled upholsterer in Pakenham to join the finishing team and apply final touches to our commercial furniture. This full-time role offers excellent working conditions and long-term career opportunities within a leading Australian furniture manufacturer.

Key responsibilities include upholstery of a wide range of commercial furniture, measuring, cutting and sewing fabrics with precision, and assembling final products with high-quality finishes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cutting, sewing, and upholstery techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, patterns and specifications.
• High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Team player with strong communication skills, but also confident working independently.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in upholstery.
