Job summary

Improvision Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced upholsterer to manufacture and upholster a range of commercial and custom-made furniture. You will work from specifications and drawings to deliver finished products of consistently high quality.

Responsibilities include cutting, sewing, upholstering, foam fitting and ensuring standards. The role requires attention to detail and ability to work within a production team on site in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in upholstery for commercial or furniture projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings and job instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

• Working efficiently to production schedules and deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Working collaboratively with other members of the production team.

About you

• Relevant experience as an upholsterer
• Demonstrated experience in commercial or furniture upholstery

• Ability to interpret drawings and production instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work as part of a production team
• Relevant qualifications or trade experience will be highly regarded
