Unilever's Future Leaders Programme – Finance in Sydney is a two-year, rotational graduate program designed to develop tomorrow’s finance leaders. From day one you’ll own projects across financial accounting, management reporting and business partnering, while collaborating with experts across disciplines and gaining hands-on experience.

You’ll participate in structured learning, mentorship and exposure to AI-enabled finance initiatives, with clear development pathways and a culture that values

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme– Finance Finance at Unilever is about a lot more than just numbers – it’s commercial, and it sits at the heart of business value creation and decision‑making. We see the bigger picture behind the figures and partner with the business to shape strategy, drive profitable growth and turn insight into action. Our Finance team plays a crucial role in building our business and being a force for good. From day one you’ll be at the heart of multi‑billion‑euro brands – shaping their development, pricing and revenue growth management, and the commercial decisions that create real value. Over the course of three placements, you’ll gain an in‑depth understanding of our operations and the commercial engine behind our brands. You’ll work across financial accounting, management reporting and analysis, and business partnering with other functions – all while getting to experience real work straight away. You’ll also help lead the AI revolution within Unilever: our Finance function is at the forefront of putting AI and analytics to work – from our ANZ Finance AI Hackathon to automating manual tasks and sharpening decisions – so you’ll build the skills to shape the future of Finance in an AI‑first business.
