Alinta Apparel is seeking a casual Uniform Shop Assistant at our Belgrave Heights Christian School campus. You will welcome customers, assist with uniform sizing, and guide purchases to create a friendly shopping experience.

Core duties include answering enquiries by email, phone and in-store, operating the POS, restocking shelves, stocktaking and fitting student uniforms, plus liaising with Head Office and maintaining store presentation.

Qualifikationen

About The Role

We are looking for a casual Uniform Shop Assistant to join the team at our Belgrave Heights Christian School campus. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with customers, has a good eye for detail and is committed to providing exceptional service for our customers by assisting with their purchases and providing information and advice on uniform sizing and requirements to create a welcoming shop experience.

Main duties will include:

• Answer basic customer enquiries via email, phone and in-store.
• Operating the POS system and processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Restocking shelves and maintaining store presentation.
• Stocktaking
• Fitting student uniforms.
• Reconciling the till
• Liaising with Head Office and key stakeholders within our schools
• Manage shop cleanliness and presentation within our stores
• Implement and follow Alinta policies and procedures

Uniform shop hours will be:

• Tuesday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Thursday: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
• First sat of each month: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Hours may be extended during peak periods such as school holiday
