Perilya Limited is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our Mining Department at Broken Hill. This role leads underground crews, ensures safe production, and supports day-to-day operational performance.

A current NSW Practising Certificate (Underground Supervisor) is mandatory for consideration. We offer a permanent full-time position with a well-established mining operation, a supportive leadership team, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Underground mining leadership experience required.
• Current NSW Practising Certificate (Underground Supervisor) mandatory.
• Residential role in Broken Hill preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate underground mining crews to meet safety and production targets.
• Ensure compliance with site procedures, statutory requirements, and industry best practice.
• Monitor daily operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and support to team members.
• Maintain accurate shift reports and contribute to planning activities.
