Job summary

Marble Group is seeking experienced Service Crew Operators for a large-scale underground hard rock mining operation in Central NSW. This long-term role offers a lifestyle-friendly 2:2 roster (7 days on, 7 nights on, 14 off) with 12-hour shifts, accommodation and meals provided.

Start as casual labour with a pathway to permanent employment after 26 weeks; earning potential up to $60/h casual and $66/h for leading hand rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in underground hard rock mining.
• Experience installing and maintaining air, water and ventilation services.
• Experience operating ITs and working from work baskets underground.

Responsibilities

• Install, extend and maintain underground air, water and service lines.
• Install and maintain ventilation infrastructure (vent bags, ducting, fans).
• Assist with installation and maintenance of pumps, sumps and general underground infrastructure.
• Carry out general construction, service installation and maintenance throughout the underground mine.
• Operate ITs, work baskets, light vehicles and other underground equipment as required.
