Qualifications

• Four+ years of leadership experience in sales and service environment.
• Strong financial analysis and commercial acumen; ability to review contracts and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing, diverse team aligned with Sandvik strategy and safety guidelines.
• Drive Parts and Services revenue growth across the region while maintaining gross profit and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions, tenders, and long-term contracts.
• Manage P&L, expenses, and capital expenditure within budget; provide monthly performance reporting.
• Oversee technical support activities and ensure timely dissemination of product bulletins and alerts.
