Job summary

Harmony Australasia invites applications for a Pitram Operator to coordinate underground operations at CSA Mine in Cobar, NSW. This on-site role emphasizes safety, data integrity and adherence to production targets on a 7/7 day and night roster with residential basis only.

You will monitor underground equipment, dispatch crews, maintain Pitram data and work closely with supervisors and support teams to optimise the mine plan while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Underground mining experience required.
• Experience with fleet management systems preferred (Pitram).
• Exposure to jumbos, loaders, haul trucks and support equipment.
• Strong computer literacy and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Current Manual C Class Driver's Licence.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.

Responsibilities

• Support safe and efficient execution of the daily underground mine plan.
• Monitor and dispatch underground equipment and personnel.
• Maintain accurate production and operational data in Pitram.
• Coordinate with supervisors, operators, technical services and support teams.
• Identify and communicate operational delays and opportunities for improvement.
