Job summary

Harmony Australasia is seeking an experienced Underground Loader Operator for the CSA Mine near Cobar, NSW. You will operate loaders to transport ore and materials underground, focusing on safe, efficient loading and hauling in a 7/7 day and night roster.

Essentially you must have underground loader experience, a current driver’s license, and a strong commitment to safety. The role offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic international organisation with health and wellbeing initiatives in

Qualifications

• Previous underground mining experience driving a loader (essential).
• Current driver’s license and ability to safely drive through tight tunnels.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to mining protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage underground trucking fleet to maximise utilisation.
• Load and haul ore and waste safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks.
• Maintain compliance with site safety procedures and production targets.
• Work collaboratively with underground crews and supervisors.
• Identify hazards and contribute to a strong safety culture.
