Endurance Mining is seeking a Paste Fill Coordinator to lead a small crew at Abra Mine Site on a rotating N/S roster. You will oversee the installation and maintenance of underground Paste Fill infrastructure, mentor junior team members, and drive safety and quality on site.

You will report to the UGM and Backfill Superintendent/Engineer, bringing hands-on leadership and technical expertise to a growing operation in Western Australia.

Qualificações

• Experience leading small crews in mining environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to train and mentor paste crew members.
• Experience installing steel and poly paste reticulation systems.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced mining site.

Responsabilidades

• Lead installation and maintenance of underground Paste Fill infrastructure.
• Promote a strong safety culture and manage risk with contractors.
• Ensure thorough reporting and incident investigations for continuous improvement.
• Oversee QAQC of reticulation installations and related works.
• Maintain daily run sheets and paperwork for new reticulation installs.
