Job summary

Regis Resources in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Paste Fill Supervisor to join our underground mining team on a FIFO 8:6 roster ex-Perth. Reporting to the Paste Fill Superintendent, you will supervise paste plant operations and underground paste fill activities while upholding safety and quality.

This role suits a proactive leader who can coordinate crews, optimise performance and drive a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in underground hard rock mining and paste fill/backfill operations.
• Experience operating a paste plant and underground paste fill activities.
• Strong leadership to coordinate crews and provide direction.
• Understanding of mining hazards, risk management and safety systems.
• Ability to read procedures, drawings and reticulation layouts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise paste plant and underground paste fill activities to meet production and safety targets.
• Coordinate paste fill crews and contractors to achieve objectives.
• Operate the paste plant for start-up, shutdown, cleaning and fault response.
• Oversee reticulation installation, line flushing, wall preparation, filling and inspections.
• Monitor delivery, binder addition and parameters to meet quality specs.
• Maintain records, shift reports and handovers.
• Coach and develop team members; participate in investigations and improvement projects.
