Job summary

Orica Limited in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking an Underground Specialist – Digital Solutions to lead commercialization and implementation of digital solutions for underground mining, including BlastIQ Underground, with substantial travel across the AusPac region.

Based in our Perth office, you will work with product, engineering, marketing and regional teams to drive customer adoption, deliver demonstrations, and manage early adopter programs while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Underground mining experience across processes and workflows.
• Hands-on drill and blast experience.
• Strong data handling and software/hardware literacy.

Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver Orica Blast Design technologies at miner sites.
• Act as a trusted technical expert and representative at customer sites.
• Develop scalable systems, processes and procedures for rollout of underground blasting and digital tech.
• Support customer adoption through demonstrations, projects, and ongoing engagement.
