Job summary

Aurelia Metals Limited invites an experienced Underground Mining Engineer to Federation Mine in NSW. You will plan, optimise and execute underground mining operations, focusing on drill and blast, ventilation, and short-term scheduling, while mentoring others.

You will partner with Operations, Technical Services and Redpath to deliver safe, practical solutions that meet production targets and drive continuous improvement in a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Mining Engineering degree required.
• Strong underground hard rock mining experience.
• Experience in stope design and short-term planning.
• Experience with drill and blast design and execution.
• Knowledge of mine ventilation and optimisation principles.
• Proficiency with Deswik software.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence.

• Mentor team members and contribute to growth of the underground operation.
