Job summary

Catalyst Metals is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Superintendent for its underground operations, on a FIFO 8:6 roster from Perth. You will lead the underground maintenance team, focus on safety, reliability and continuous improvement across a modern fleet.

Based in Western Australia, the role involves coordinating with operations, managing budgets and contractor performance, and developing maintenance standards for satellite sites. A trade qualification and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior underground maintenance leadership experience required.
• 3+ years in underground hard-rock superintendent role.
• Trade qualification in diesel/mechanical fitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Underground Maintenance team to deliver reliable maintenance outcomes.
• Plan and schedule maintenance to maximise fleet availability.
• Ensure safety and compliance with WA mining legislation.
• Manage budgets, contractors and OEM relationships.
