Job summary

Redpath Mining is seeking an experienced Underground Loader Operator for the North Parkes E22 Block Cave development in Parkes, NSW. The role focuses on safe, efficient loading and material handling in an active underground mine.

You will operate underground loaders (LHDs), conduct pre-start checks, muck development and production headings, and work with mining crews to meet targets while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Underground loader experience required.
• Strong safety focus and awareness.
• Ability to pass site medical and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate underground loaders (LHDs) safely and efficiently.
• Muck development and production headings.
• Transport and manage ore and waste material underground.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and equipment checks.
• Maintain production targets while adhering to safety standards.
• Identify and report hazards, incidents and equipment defects.
• Work collaboratively with mining crews and supervisors.
• Maintain high housekeeping and operational standards.
