Job summary

Redpath Mining is seeking an experienced Underground Jumbo Operator for Lake Cowal in New South Wales. You will operate twin‑boom development drills, adhere to mine plans, and maintain high safety and productivity standards in a long‑term project.

The role requires proven underground experience with Sandvik DD422i jumbos, strong safety practices, and the ability to work well within a disciplined team on site.

Responsibilities

• Operate twin‑boom jumbo drill rigs safely and efficiently.
• Drill development headings according to mine plans.
• Mark up and drill production/development rounds accurately.
• Perform pre‑start inspections and routine checks.
• Identify and rectify minor equipment issues.
• Ensure drilling meets safety, quality and production targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors and underground crews.
