Join the Barminco team as an Underground Grader Operator and play a key role in our mining operations with opportunities available at multiple sites throughout Western Australia. You will contribute to safe, efficient underground production using state‑of‑the‑art equipment to maintain safe, well‑drained haul roads and working areas.
Operate an underground grader to maintain safe, smooth, and well‑drained haul roads .
Shape and repair road surfaces to support heavy underground mining equipment .
Identify and report ground, road, and safety hazards .
Work in accordance with underground safety, ventilation, and site procedures .
Support efficient traffic flow and safe underground operations .
Previous experience as a Grader Operator in underground mining.
Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety standards.
Valid HR Driver’s Licence and relevant mining certifications.
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow detailed mine plans.
