Greatland Resources Limited seeks an experienced Underground Geology Superintendent to lead the on-site Underground Geology team at Telfer on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth. This senior role supports life-of-mine planning, ore recovery optimization, and technical excellence within a growing expansion program.

You will mentor geologists and contractors, drive data integrity, and collaborate with engineering to reduce geological risk while delivering robust mine plans and forecasting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Geology.
10+ years’ experience in mining geology.
Experience in open pit and underground environments.
Proficiency with geological modelling software.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop geologists, technicians and contractors.
Set and uphold safety, technical performance, and behavioural standards.
Oversee geological data collection, validation, QAQC and reporting.
Contribute to mine planning and design with input from geology team.
Collaborate with engineering to quantify geological risk and optimize ore recovery.
