Job summary

Larvotto Resources Limited (LVR) is seeking a Drill & Blast Engineer to join our onsite mining team in Armidale, NSW. The role offers a residential or DIDO 8/6 roster, with relocation assistance for the preferred candidate.

You will design drill and blast plans, perform QAQC, and support mining engineering across underground operations. Key requirements include a Bachelor's in Mining Engineering, 2+ years in underground mining, and proficiency in Deswik and mine planning software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in underground hard rock mining environments.
• Experience in underground mine planning/scheduling (preferred).
• Practical underground experience desirable and Deswik proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely drill and blast plans and designs for stakeholders.
• Provide QAQC, reconciliations and technical mining support.
• Coordinate drill and blast activities with all stakeholders.
• Contribute to a strong team culture within Technical Services.
