Job summary

Rashi Joshi is seeking an experienced Development Supervisor in Brisbane City, QLD to lead underground development crews at a hard rock mine site. You will deliver planned mining activities safely and efficiently, with strong focus on safety, operational excellence and career development.

The role requires 10+ years in underground hard rock mining, experience as a Development Mining shift supervisor, and Queensland explosives clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Underground Hard Rock Mining.
• Experience as a Shift Supervisor in Development Mining.
• Queensland Explosives Security Clearance and QMS123 / G189 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to underground development crews.
• Coordinate and monitor underground development activities to targets.
• Record and monitor operational activities using digital systems.
• Communicate effectively with site personnel and stakeholders.
