Qualifications

• Open (C Class) Manual Driver’s Licence – essential.
• Underground Standard 11 & First Aid/CPR – desirable.
• Experience in underground coal mining or underground in-seam drilling.
• Strong communication, teamwork & safety mindset.
• Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment medical.

Responsibilities

• Carry out drilling work in line with SWIs & site procedures.
• Perform thorough prestart checks & report maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors & team members.
• Record hazards, incidents & near misses promptly.
• Maintain high safety & performance standards.
